Media Day Usage Terms & Conditions

**MEDIA DAY GALLERY: Families are welcome to download and print their athlete’s media day images for **personal use**. This includes personal prints, photo gifts, or other items purchased for the athlete or their family.

Team, school, or organizational use is different. Images provided through media day may **not be used by coaches, teams, schools, booster clubs, or other organizations to create or order banners, posters, prints, signage, or other printed products that can be provided by Angie Smith Photography + More, LLC **. 
The school, team, or organization may use images from Media Day for non-commercial digital and promotional purposes related to the team, school, or athletic program.
Permitted uses include: School and team websites, School newsletters and digital publications, School and team social media accounts, Online team or athletic program promotion, Digital announcements and promotional materials, Athlete recognition and team features, School yearbook and other school publications

These uses are included as part of the Media Day service unless otherwise specified in writing. The school, team, or organization may not sell, license, or provide the images to outside businesses or third parties for commercial use without written permission from Angie Smith Photography + More**
